Global Warming Theorists Backtrack

It was inevitable, wasn't it? Right after a winter that recorded record snowfall and much colder temperatures than expected, we now have some backtrack. Germany's Leibniz Institute of Marine Science is now saying that the world, or at least parts of the world may experience global cooling over the next 10 years. This quote is funny, but it is what we would expect:

If we don't experience warming over the next 10 years, it doesn't mean that greenhouse-gas warming is not with us.

Umm, ok. Luckily most professions cannot use lack of evidence as actual evidence or they would be fired. Global warming theorists are the exception. If the earth warms - that is evidence. If it doesn't, that also counts. Now, even if we see cooling over the next 10 years, again, more evidence of this horrible about-to-be calamity.

First we heard that warming would cause hotter summers in the UK, after one hot summer. This has now been revised to causing rainy cool weather, after one rainy cool summer. Then we heard it would cause more hurricanes, particularly in the US. Now this is not the case. Now the earth might cool for decades.

Gimme a break!
