Constitution Trumps Liberal Justices

The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that Americans indeed have the right to bear handguns. Most Americans believe that the second amendment is unambiguous, so the fact that four liberals on the Supreme Court wanted to change the Constitution from the bench is a very scary thought.

Even if conservatives hate McCain, it is clear that they should be moved for the sole reason of Supreme Court considerations. The swing of even one additional liberal Justice means that the Constitution can be changed by fiat without any amendment process. How that doesn't bother everyone is beyond me.

No word on whether the liberal justices are in favor of granting those same rights to terrorists that they want to deny Americans...
