Bob Barr Praises Al Gore's Energy Plan

Libertarian candidate Bob Barr has gone off the deep end, defying his own "libertarian" bona fides. In talking to the Netroots conference, Barr praised Al Gore's energy plan to eliminate the use of carbons within ten years.

Note to Barr: most of our electricity runs on coal, our cars and planes run on oil, our heat is natural gas or oil. People like Al Gore use 20x the amount of carbon than the average American. Eliminating carbons within a decade is impossible and would wreck the economy. And by the way, this position is not compatible with libertarianism.
