Dems Pass on Energy Legislation

Maybe this is why the Democrat-led Congress has a 9% approval rating. According to The Hill newspaper, Democrats have decided not to press forward with energy legislation out of fear that the Republicans would ask for a vote on offshore oil drilling.

And apparently Democrats don't want Americans to know that the reason we are needlessly paying $700 billion a year to foreign countries is due to the Dems' unwillingness to upset their environmentalist fringe.
