Homelessness Down 20% from Last Year

You probably won't see this on the evening news, but a new study from the Office of Housing and Urban Development shows chronic homelessness is down 20% from last year.

Obviously the situation has improved a lot more than the media gives credit for a large percentage of the poorest Americans.
