Key Democrat Laughs About Hurricane Hitting

Don Fowler, National Chairman of the Democrat National Committee, was caught on tape laughing about the hurricane about to hit New Orleans. Apparently, he things "God is on our [Democrats'] side" because of the timing during the GOP convention. Classy.
