Federal Gov't Employees Get 3.9% Pay Increase

Rest assured folks. Given the financial crisis, I'm sure many of you are worried that there won't be enough money for the federal government. But last week the House approved a 3.9% average pay increase for all federal workers in 2009.

You can now sleep at night knowing that your federal workers will be just fine regardless of a recession or a depression. And if we have to have the government raise our taxes so we can give them a pay raise, then that's what will happen.
