Deval Patrick to Tax Tires (in New Hampshire!)

Kind of an unprecedented move, but Obama buddy Deval Patrick plans to tax MA residents for their tire purchases in New Hampshire. NH retailers (no sales tax allowed) are not happy. Let's see who comes out on top in this one - will it be Deval Patrick's TAXACHUSETTS? Or will it be NH - LIVE FREE OR DIE?

I don't know anything about Judd Gregg, but if he really is a free trader, might be a good place to stamp his influence.
