CIA Confirms Waterboarding Thwarted Attack

Just as Obama changes his mind to say he is open to prosecution of those who allowed the CIA to use harsh interrogation techniques, the CIA confirms that the use of waterboarding on Khalid Sheik Mohammed thwarted a planned attack on Los Angeles.
