Requirements for Supreme Court

Given the speculation around David Souter retiring, people are focusing on Obama Supreme Court picks. He has some strict requirements but of course, they have more to do with empathy than with law. Never once has Obama said they must be a highly qualified lawyer. Instead, they must know what it means to be a poor single mother, a gay person, handicapped, etc. So for all you single poor black lesbian mothers in wheelchairs, please send in your application - you might be in for a nice cushy job.
