Obama: I Want To Train Your Kids!

Chuck Norris points out that under Obamacare, hidden in page 838, the government wants to train parents on how they should bring up their kids. Norris opines,

Are you kidding me?! With whose parental principles and values? Their own?

Is this a new Obama Youth Program? Dare I ask what they would call it if we were living in Germany in the 1930's?
