CBO: Repealing Obamacare Would Save $540 Billion

In a stunning admission of what I consider to be outright fraud, the CBO now says that repealing Obamacare would indeed save $540 billion (which I think is still very conservative).

How can this happen after their previous position was that it would save money? Obviously the rules of the CBO (scoring bills regardless of how absurd the assumptions are) need to be changed. Unsurprisingly, when you begin to match revenue and expenses, it makes budgets tougher to balance.
