Why is OneUnited Bank Still in Business?

Financial industry analyst and investor Tom Brown asks a good question about OneUnited Bank, the politically well-connected bank favored by Maxine Waters and other high profile Democrats. Why is it still in business? It is insolvent and is not even making loans these days. Using the term "double standard" would be an understatement here.
