What Have Americans Ever Done For Us?

It's one of those rhetorical questions that anti-American's like to ask. Somewhat like, "what good has ever come from war?" They don't like to hear the answer that war has accomplished nothing, - except stop communism, fascism, nazism, tyrranical dictatorships, genocide, slavery, and a host of other problems.
