Iraqi Commander: Zarqawi "Injured, Possibly Dead"

Hat tip to Hundred Percenter for this story about al Zarqawi, who according to Iraqi Colonel Fouad Hani Hassan, was either seriously injured or killed in the major offensive in Anbar province over the past few days.

This would be great news if true. I haven't seen the story elsewhere yet.

Bill Quick (Daily Pundit) adds, "Don't bother me until you can show me his head. It isn't necessary that it be attached to a body. In fact, it is preferable that it not be." Ha!

I thought we already knew this, but it appears that there is another report that Zarqawi is wounded.
