Disturbing "Deal on Judges" Rumored

Roll Call says that a deal is near on Bush's judicial nominees whereby six jellyfish (i.e. GOP members) are trying to negotiate a "memo of understanding." The deal would allow some of Bush's judges to receive a vote, but would determine that a few others are "too extreme." I hope it's not true - and based on the fact that it seems to include precisely what Democrats are seeking - I doubt that it is true. Ankle Biting Pundits has more.
