Americans Want More Conservative Court

According to a Gallup poll, more people would prefer a more conservative court. According to the poll, 41% of Americans would prefer a more conservative court, 30% would prefer a more liberal court and 24% believe it should be kept the same. That seems like a mandate to me.

But of course, to Ted Kennedy, Harry Reid and Barbara Boxer, the majority of the country are "outside the mainstream."
