Two More Businesses Stolen, Courtesy of Supreme Court

Two automotive shops in downtown Oakland were seized last week by the city of Oakland in order to develop a large housing development. Thanks to the Supreme Court's decision, the owners no longer have the ability to fight the government's decision to take their homes for the purpose of "economic development."

The slope continues to get more slippery.
