Probable Democratic Leaker Suspended

House Intel Chair Peter Hoekstra has suspended a Democratic staffer after the staffer requested the NIE document just three days before parts of it appeared in the NYTimes.

Democrats are saying that's unfair. I guess they should be allowed to leak if it might hurt President Bush. But then again, this is about the same slap that Sandy Berger received...

Democrats are "appalled" that the staffer was suspended...especially since the worst the staffer did was leak classified national intelligence while hurting President Bush. Shouldn't he win a Congressional Medal or something?
