Ten States With Worst Business Climate

The Tax Foundation has issued its list of the worst business climate states. It should suprrise no one that 7 of the ten are solidly Democratic, while the other three (Nebraska, Iowa and Ohio) are farm/rust belt states with restrictive quotas.
