Jamie Gorelick as Obama's Attorney General?

Democrats are speculating that Jamie Gorelick of Clinton's Justice Department is one of the frontrunners in a would-be Obama administration. In case anyone forgets, John Ashcroft testified that it was indeed Gorelick who did the most damage to our intelligence in the mid-90s by raising the "wall" that prevented intelligence sharing among US agencies.

So how's that for change - going back to prosecuting terrorists in civil courts just as the Clinton Adminstration had done since the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993?
