Jindal: We'll Castrate Them Instead

In response to the Supreme Court decision to prohibit a Louisiana death penalty law for child rapists, Governor Bobby Jindal signed into law a bill that will either physically or chemically (prisoner choice) castrate the prisoner. Not quite as effective a deterrence, but not a bad replacement.
