Dutch "Call Off Operation" to Sabotage Iran's Nuclear Facilities

This is one of the funnier stories I've read in a while. According to the Dutch Intelligence Service , the AIVD, they had to call off an operation to infiltrate and sabotage Iran's nuclear facilities because of an impending attack from the U.S. Supposedly the Dutch operation had been "extremely successful" thus far.

Why do I have trouble believing this report?
