Jamie Gorelick Received Countrywide Preferential Mortgage

The WSJ reported today that Jamie Gorelick, the influential Democrat, Obama supporter and #2 to Janet Reno in the Clinton Administration, received a previously undisclosed "friends of Angelo" mortgage from Countrywide. Add that to James Johnson, Franklin Raines and Christopher Dodd and what you have is a full-fledged Democrat scandal of the highest order. But you won't hear much about it on the nightly news because they are also all fervent Obama supporters.

Gorelick claims that she never knew she was receiving any favortism, which as Vice Chairman of Fannie Mae, is almost impossible to believe. In any event, if Scooter Libby faced a prison sentence for forgetting about a conversation related to a non-crime, Gorelick & Co. should all be subpoenaed and prosecuted.
