Mass. Welfare Recipients Get Free Cars

Maybe a rising tide floats all boats, but in Massachusetts, the opposite isn't true as the recession doesn't seem to be hurting welfare recipients. The state is increasing funding to a program that doles out free cars, repairs and even AAA memberships.

Free housing, free cars, free food, free tvs. Why would anyone need a job?
