Democrat Stimulus #3

OK, so we have had Pelosi's $150 billion "rebate check" stimulus in 2007 which was worse than doing nothing. Then we had Obama's $800 billion "stimulus in 2090 that was worse than doing nothing. Now we're going to have a slightly smaller, but likely as ineffective stlimulus of $15 billion, helped along by new GOPer Scott Brown.

So, we've added $1 trillion in debt from these programs that did not do anything.
