NY Times May Become Complicit in Murder of Americans

Last week, NY Times reporters Scott Shane, Stephen Grey and Margot Williams wrote a detailed article about the use of private charter planes by the CIA and other U.S. defense agency personnel. The report included specific information that could be used to help identify such planes.

Frederick Turner at TCS discusses the Times' possible motivation for writing such an article and comes to the following conclusion:

"...if a certain civilian plane comes down over an unnamed Middle Eastern country, and all the US personnel aboard are killed, there is one compatriot who will regard them [Times reporters Shane, Gray and Williams] as murderers. May they think of this as they look in the mirror."

I'm pretty sure Turner isn't the only one who would logically come to that conclusion.
