Where is Kofi on North Korea

I'm waiting restlessly for Kofi Annan to hear his reactions on the North Korea nuclear test. (Not really.) In fact, I would give 3-1 odds that says he makes a statement more towards urging restraint, calm and understanding than towards condemning the Commie North. Regardless, a condemnation from the UN is about as useless as its policy towards Iran.
