GOP Loses MS Seat

The GOP lost a reliably Republican seat in Mississippi. It doesn't matter that the Democrat ran as a conservative and away from Obama. The brand is clearly in deep trouble and McCain won't help because he couldn't care less about the GOP - he only cares about himself. In fact, it's clear he's running as a non-Republican.

The only good news is that after this election, maybe a GOP leader will emerge and force the party back to its conservative principles. Or the Dems screw the country up so bad that the same thing happens to them (don't count on it - they'll just blame everything on the GOP for not giving them enough money and the media will be happy to go along).
