North Carolina Democrat Governor spent $170,000 in taxpayer funds on a 9-day "recruiting trip" to Italy with his wife and several others. Notice in the article that his party affiliation doesn't appear until paragraph seven.

At least it's only the North Carolinian taxpayers who are getting screwed for this.
