Obama Team: Osama to Get Habeus Corpus Rights

In a conference call with top Obama advisors, Bill Sammon of the Washington Examiner asked if Osama bin Laden would receive habeus corpus rights enjoyed by American citizens if he were caught.

Apparently, Team Obama believes the matter is settled and Osama would indeed be entitled to those rights.
