McCain: Carter Was a Lousy President

From Politico. John McCain at least can distinguish failing policies from winning policies in hindsight. That's more than can be said of Obama. For the record, I highly doubt that Obama will publicly disagree with McCain's statement (though he might call them a "smear.")
