Bush in South Korea

Bush is on a world tour leading up to his China visit for the Olympics. He is currently in South Korea and was confronted by massive demonstrations. Is this what the anti-Bush folks mean when they say he alienated our allies?

Let's see - the only places Bush was not treated like a rock star were in Western Europe (and only a few countries at that)...
