MN Senate Seat Still Up for Grabs

Al Franken and Co. are still trying to steal the MN Senate election. Worried that a recount might not give them enough votes, they now want the Election Board to divine intent of voters (meaning that if they voted for Obama, they must have wanted to vote for Franken also).

It hasn't garnered much national media attention, so the Dems are still ok with Franken's attempted steal, but pretty soon even Democrats might have to pull the plug and admit defeat.
