Alright - maybe he didn't say he'd attack them with missiles, but it's apparent he will go after them economically, and he'll surely go after American companies that do business in these three axis of evil (courtesy of instapundit) nations.

The offense? Low taxes. The Dutch were a little surprised that they were singled out, as their tax rate is 25.5%, which can hardly be called low. (US is at 40% (35% fed, 5% state)). Well it is to Barack Obama.
