How to Out-Google Google

As Google's stock price moves towards levels reminiscent of the bubble days (not a judgement on the stock, except that it's worth 50% more than it was a month ago), Strategy Page notes how the government is investing a lot of money to develop a search engine that detects concepts rather than simply words or phrases. The government has specific uses for the new search engine in assisting in counterterrorism work.
